A little history
- 19th c. The architects who restored it describe it as a 19th-century pazo in Redondela.C&S Arquitectura (2016)

On the N-552, s/n (Cedeira), in Redondela, between Vigo and Pontevedra: about 14 minutes by car from central Vigo and 25 from central Pontevedra. Google lists free parking on the estate.
02How many guests can it hold?
Bodas.net speaks of weddings of 40 to 270 guests and a hall for 240 people; the Vigo Convention Bureau gives 220 for the main hall and about 8,000 m² of grounds. The casona hosts one wedding a day.
03How much does a wedding cost?
Bodas.net publishes wedding menus from €100 to €200 per guest. There is no published price for hiring the venue itself: you have to ask the casona.
04Who does the catering? Can we bring our own?
The kitchen is its own and carries the standard of El Molino, the family’s Vigo pastry shop and caterer. If you prefer another caterer, you have to ask the casona.
05How late does the party go on?
The casona does not publish its closing time. The team confirms it when you ask for your date.
06Can the ceremony be held there?
Yes: the civil ceremony, fully legally valid, can be held in a stone hall or outdoors, in the patio (old website and Bodas.net). For a religious ceremony, ask the team about your date.
07What if it rains?
According to its old website, the casona offers a covered alternative for rainy days. A couple married on 6 September 2024 says that, in heavy rain, they held everything in the indoor halls and it went perfectly.
08Is it cold in winter?
The casona’s old website spoke of fully air-conditioned halls. Ask what your date includes.
09Is it accessible?
Google lists a wheelchair-accessible entrance, car park and toilet.
10Is there accommodation?
Bodas.net says “no” to accommodation for guests, but the casona’s photos show “the Tower bedroom” and “the Casona bedroom”, and its old website spoke of two rooms for the wedding night. Ask the team what there is today.
11Can we visit before booking?
